Founded in March 2025 by sports attorney and mother Lachauna Edwards, Esq., and professional baseball mother and public relations strategist Andrea Odom, Black Sports Moms combines lived experience with professional fluency in the business of sports. In less than 18 months, Black Sports Moms has grown into a trusted national network providing direct access to vetted sports professionals and resources. This rapid growth demonstrates the need for a dedicated hub where Black mothers of athletes can safely share their experiences and support one another throughout their individual journeys.
